Mr. Conner has over 16 years of experience in education. This includes teaching elementary and high school students, three years working in administrative capacities for K-12 Schools, and has worked for two years as a community liaison at the LaBelle Outreach Center.  He has also been responsible for managing grant reporting which included the gathering, formatting, and submission of documentation to FL DOE.  He was also responsible for marketing the program through community outreach and social media advertising. He also has five years of experience as director of a marketing agency where he has managed many complex projects and has hired, trained, and managed a small agency team. He has been awarded teacher of the year at James Island Christian School and nominated for teacher of the year at Upthegrove Elementary School.  In addition to these qualifications, he is bilingual, speaking Spanish and English.
