**Hendry County Schools Workforce Development Tuition Refund Initiative**

HCSD’s Tuition Refund Initiative

Hendry County Schools Workforce Development offers a tuition refund to students who, despite completing eligible high-demand workforce programs and meeting professional requirements, cannot secure employment within six months post-graduation. This initiative underscores our confidence in our graduates, supported by exceptional teaching staff, comprehensive support services, and strong local employer partnerships.

**Overview of the Tuition Refund Initiative**

This initiative is designed to support students who complete specific workforce education programs but are not employed within six months after graduating. Eligible students can receive a refund of their tuition fees, excluding any financial aid, scholarships, or grants they have received. Students who secure a job offer in their field within six months of graduation are deemed successfully employed and are not eligible for a refund.
