This training was made available through the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity’s Rebuild Florida Workforce Recovery Training Program. Launched with federal Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery funding to assist communities affected by Hurricane Irma, the Rebuild Florida Workforce Recovery Training Program trains Floridians in the construction trades necessary to support disaster recovery efforts. Hendry County Workforce Development supports Fair Housing
Persons alleging a violation of fair housing laws will be referred to DEO’s local contact and process to file a complaint. DEO will retain a log and record of all fair housing inquiries, allegations, complaints, and referrals. In addition, DEO will report suspected non-compliance to HUD.
